Easy Return Policy for Handloom Sarees
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your saree is not the right choice, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The saree must be unused and unwashed
- Original folds must be intact
- All tags must remain attached
- The original packaging must be preserved
As our sarees are authentic handwoven textiles crafted using traditional weaving techniques, we request that returns be handled carefully to maintain their fabric integrity.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned saree, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:
Refund Processing Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the returned item
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Refund Amount
- You will receive a full refund of the product price if the return meets all eligibility criteria
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited back to the same card
- UPI/Net Banking: Refund will be processed to the source account
- Digital Wallets: Refund will be credited to the same wallet
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different saree, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred selection from our handloom collections.
Defective Items
Our sarees undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective saree, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a full refund, including return shipping costs.
